The trend
What is the Hotel Lobby AI trend?
The trend comes from Quavo and Takeoff performing "Hotel Lobby" on A COLORS SHOW in 2022: two rappers, a microphone hanging from the ceiling, and a bright orange booth. In September 2026 AI edits of that performance took off on TikTok, with friends, couples, grandparents and pets swapped into the booth.
This generator makes that video from two ordinary selfies. You two share the mic hanging between you, the AI writes and performs an original rap around your topic, and the result is a vertical 12-second clip sized for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
The song is original, not the copyrighted "Hotel Lobby" track, so it does not carry the music-rights claims of that recording. Platforms make their own call, though, so check their rules before you post. The photos do not need to be taken together: friends in different cities can still share the booth.
