Overview
What is PlayableWorld AI?
PlayableWorld AI is a web-based AI world generator and creative studio. It turns a sentence, a photograph, or a 2:1 equirectangular panorama into an explorable 3D world that users can walk through in a browser. The worlds on the site are built with World Labs Marble, and the studio also includes separate image and video models. Its positioning is practical: move from a concept to a spatial scene, review it, then export into Unity, Unreal, or Blender. PlayableWorld AI also lists Google Genie 4 as coming soon, but the page states that Genie 4 is not yet playable there and that current worlds use World Labs Marble. No access date or early-access benefit is promised.
How PlayableWorld AI works
The workflow starts with one of three creation paths. Text to 3D World accepts a prompt and generates an explorable scene. Image to 3D World starts from a photograph or concept image and turns its composition into a spatial scene. Panorama to 3D accepts a 2:1 equirectangular panorama; the site advises checking the horizon and seam before generating.
After generation, a 3D preview can be explored in the browser. The site describes a three-step concept-to-scene flow: create an image, build a world from it, then animate a view by sending a world screenshot into the video tool as a first frame. Each step is presented as reviewable before generating the next.
Exports are a core part of the process. World outputs include SPZ, PLY, a 360° panorama, and a collider GLB. The site notes that SPZ and PLY are Gaussian splats requiring a compatible renderer; the collider GLB is physics geometry, not the finished visual scene. A high-quality GLB export is available on Pro and Studio and uses additional export credits. Export guides cover Unity, Unreal, and Blender.

Pricing
PlayableWorld AI uses subscriptions plus optional credit packs. Annual billing saves about 20% and is described as paying for 9.6 months.
Free costs $0 and includes 30 credits once, roughly one Marble Draft world plus a few images. It covers Marble Draft and selected image models, public creations, personal use, and one generation at a time.
Starter is $35 monthly or $28 per month with $336 billed yearly. It includes 500 credits per month, about five Marble 1.1 worlds, all world and image models, SPZ/PLY/collision mesh downloads, private creations, commercial use, and two concurrent generations.
Pro is $69 monthly or $55 per month with $660 billed yearly. It includes 2,500 credits per month, about 25 Marble 1.1 worlds or 50 Veo Fast videos, everything in Starter, multi-image and video inputs, all video models, HQ mesh export, and four concurrent generations.
Studio is $219 monthly or $175 per month with $2,100 billed yearly. It includes 10,000 credits per month, about 100 Marble 1.1 worlds or 200 Veo Fast videos, everything in Pro, a priority queue, and eight concurrent generations.
Credit packs are available to anyone: 200 credits for $15 (about two worlds), 600 credits for $39 with a 15% bonus (about six worlds), and 1,800 credits for $99 with a 36% bonus (about 18 worlds). Packs add credits, not subscription features, and expire after 365 days.
Model costs shown on the site include 20 credits for Marble Draft and 100 credits for Marble 1.1 at the current catalog price. HQ mesh export costs 300 credits extra. Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire at the next monthly grant boundary; unused credits do not roll over.
Common use cases
PlayableWorld AI fits early-stage world building and scene exploration: turning a written concept into a walkable environment, using a concept image as the basis for a spatial scene, or converting a 360° panorama into an explorable world. Because exports target Unity, Unreal, and Blender, the output can be brought into those tools for further scene work.
The studio also supports adjacent concept work. Users can generate images, then build worlds from them, or send a world screenshot into a video model as a first frame. The Pro and Studio tiers add multi-image and video inputs, more concurrency, and HQ mesh export for heavier production use.
Limitations
Genie 4 is not available here yet; it is listed as coming soon, with no access date promised. Current worlds use World Labs Marble.
Credits are time-limited. Subscription credits expire at the next monthly grant, and packs expire after 365 days. Unused credits do not roll over. Failed generations refund credits to the original batches with original expiry dates, and already expired credits do not become spendable again.
Refunds are not automatic. Users must contact support for a refund review, and refunded purchases lose their first-purchase bonus. Free creations are public and for personal use; commercial use requires a paid subscription. Credit packs do not unlock paid features.
Export limitations also apply. SPZ and PLY require a compatible renderer. The collider GLB is physics geometry, not the finished visual scene. High-quality GLB requires Pro or Studio and extra export credits. The 360° panorama is a flat equirectangular image. Users should check horizon and seam before panorama generation. Pricing and credit costs should be checked in the studio before submitting.
Summary
PlayableWorld AI is a focused AI world generator for turning text, images, and panoramas into browser-explorable 3D scenes with World Labs Marble, then exporting to common creator tools. Its plans scale from a free trial to team-oriented Studio use, with clear trade-offs around credits, export quality, and commercial rights.
