Overview
Frontel is an AI phone answering service for small businesses. A business adds its name, services, opening hours and optional information such as prices, parking instructions and frequently asked questions, then activates a dedicated US phone number. Callers can speak to the AI receptionist, ask about the business and leave details for the team. Call notes, transcripts and appointment requests are saved in the business's Messages inbox, giving the team a clear place to review and follow up. Appointment requests are passed to staff for confirmation. Frontel is currently free to try and is designed for a simple setup without coding.
